Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 September 2026

These terms cover your use of Openview — the charts, reports, leaderboards, journal, wallet tracker and everything else on this site and in the Openview app. By using Openview you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Not financial advice

This is the most important term here. Openview is an information tool. Nothing on it is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. That includes the AI-generated reports, the screeners, the leaderboards, the breakout and seasonality views, and every chart, indicator and alert.

Crypto markets are volatile and you can lose everything you put in. Decisions you make are yours alone. Verify any figure that matters to you against the exchange or the chain itself before you act on it.

The data may be wrong

Market data, prices, news and on-chain data come from third parties — exchanges such as Binance, Bybit, Coinbase, Kraken, OKX and Gate.io, and providers including CoinMarketCap, CoinGecko, Yahoo Finance, Google News and public blockchain nodes. We do not produce that data and we cannot guarantee it.

It may be delayed, incomplete, out of order or simply incorrect, and a provider may go down or change without notice. The AI-generated reports are produced by a language model from public data and can contain mistakes. Openview is provided “as is”, with no warranty of accuracy, availability or fitness for any purpose.

Your account

You need an account to keep your work: signed out, the product works, but nothing you do is saved once you close the tab. If you create an account, keep your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at info@openview.site if you think it has been used without your permission.

You must be at least 13 to use Openview. You can delete your account at any time — see how to delete your account.

Wallet tracking is read-only

Openview never asks for a seed phrase, a private key or a wallet signature, and it cannot move funds. It only reads public blockchain addresses that you enter. Nobody at Openview will ever ask you for a seed phrase — if anyone claiming to be us does, it is a scam.

What you post

Comments and reactions you leave on Reports are public, under the nickname you choose, and a profile picture you upload is stored in a public bucket that anyone with the link can view. Do not put anything private in either.

You keep ownership of what you post, and you give us permission to display it on the service. Do not post anything unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or that you do not have the right to post — including spam, market manipulation and other people’s personal information. We may remove content or close an account that breaks this.

Fair use of the service

Please do not:

  • Scrape, resell or redistribute the data feeds in bulk.
  • Attack, overload or probe the service, or work around rate limits.
  • Use Openview to break the law or any third-party provider’s own terms.

The public MCP and API endpoints are offered for reasonable personal use and may be rate limited or withdrawn.

Third-party services

Some pages embed or link to services we do not run — the DEX page frames Dexscreener, and exchange and explorer links leave the site entirely. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Paid plans

The charts are free. The rest of Openview needs a paid plan, billed monthly or yearly through our payment provider, Stripe. A plan renews automatically until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time; your paid access then continues until the end of the period you already paid for. The price is the one shown at checkout.

The first 500 paying subscribers become Openview Heroes. A Hero keeps the Hero price — $5 a month or $60 a year — for life, including after cancelling and subscribing again later. After the first 500, the price is $10 a month or $100 a year.

Refunds and chargebacks

If a payment is refunded in full, the subscription it paid for ends and paid access stops at once.

If you open a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer, your subscription ends and paid access stops at once. By subscribing, you agree that any chargeback or dispute fees and costs charged to us because of your dispute are yours to pay, and that we may recover them from you. If something is wrong with a charge, please email info@openview.site first — we will put it right.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Openview is not liable for any trading loss, lost profit, lost data or other indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, from data that turned out to be wrong, or from the service being unavailable.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Some places do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply to you only as far as local law permits.

Changes and ending

Openview is under active development. Features may change or be withdrawn, and we may update these terms — the date at the top changes when we do, and continuing to use the service means you accept the update. You can stop using Openview at any time, and we may suspend access that breaks these terms.
